Volvo Xc60 Roof Leak

I m assuming it wasn t a new leak so curious on how long it has been happening.

When a sunroof drain does become plugged the common signs are either a wet headliner water dripping from the headliner wet roof pillar a damp carpet or water pooling in the foot wells. Apparently dealerships pricing on parts varies which is pretty friggin lame. Took it to the volvo dealer they could not find the problem the ac and sun roof have no leaks but it is still wet. There s a simple test to see if your sunroof drain is leaking inside the car or not. These drains are normally feed through the roof pillars and exit somewhere underneath the vehicle.

Water can travel down thru the a pillars to the floor and or it can drip via the roof console down in the gear shifter center console area.

It s been back at the dealer over a week now with a leak in the roof.
